Our Coaches strive to instill in our players the following core values: 1. Humility- remain humble in all situations 2. Selflessness- be the best teammate possible; team before self 3. Integrity- doing the right thing, even when no one is watching 4. Respect- respect teammates, opponents, Coaches, Umpires and the GAME The OAA provides a Recreation drafted baseball program that focuses on teaching the fundamentals and skills necessary to play baseball in a fun and exciting environment.
