Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis prior to the Player Draft. Once the Player Draft has been completed, there will be no refunds except for extreme circumstances. Determination of refunds will be made by the President and Treasurer of OAA. When it has been determined that a refund will be made, the refund amount will be (-) any administrative fees (such as online registration processing fee of $6) and team fees (such as uniform reimbursement to team).
Examples of extreme circumstances:
- Player moves out of the area
- Prolonged sickness or injury that would prevent the player from participating
- Death or illness of players guardian
These are several examples but are not to be considered all encompassing.
